Welcome to Archive Club's Terms and Conditions of Use. Taking a moment to go through these terms will give you a clear picture of how we operate. If, for any reason, you don't agree with our policies, that's completely okay. However, if you wish to proceed with placing an order with us – you must comply with them.

SHIPPING

In most cases shipments are processed within 2-3 working days unless stated differently. Archive Club ships worldwide with different delivery methods. Cost of delivery – depending on a region – is fixed.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages but we do offer insured shipping (Courier Shipping). Once your shipment leaves our HQ, it’s delivery is out of our hands.

Countries outside of the EU may apply custom duty and/or import VAT on goods purchased from another country. This may result in you having to pay additional charges which are not included in the total price displayed at checkout. 

On rare occasions, in the event that a delivery is unsuccessful at the specified address or if the designated pick-up date at a parcel point is missed, the order may be subject to return to our HQ at your own expense. Moreover, in the case of a second shipping attempt, the costs will also be borne by you.  

RETURNS

We are very small and currently do not offer general return services. However, for purchases made within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer. If the product you received is not consistent with the description, please contact us as soon as you receive it. We are happy to consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Please note that all items are pre-owned unless stated differently. Tiny holes, standard signs of wear, blemishes are not considered to apply to this policy. If you require further information or have a purchase-related concern, please contact us before completing your order. 

PRICING & PAYMENT
 
All items for sale are listed in Euros. We currently accept payments with most major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna for flexible payment options. Should you experience any issues in checkout or have questions about your payment, please don’t hesitate to contact us at welcometoarchiveclub@gmail.com
