If, for any reason, you don't agree with our policies, that's completely okay. However, if you wish to proceed with placing an order with us – you must comply with them.

SHIPPING

In most cases shipments are processed within 2-3 working days unless stated differently. Archive Club ships worldwide with different delivery methods. Cost of delivery – depending on a region – is fixed.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages but we do offer insured shipping (UPS Courier). Once your shipment leaves our HQ, it’s delivery is out of our hands.

 

Countries outside of the EU may apply custom duty and/or import VAT on goods purchased from another country. This may result in you having to pay additional charges which are not included in the total price displayed at checkout. 

 

On rare occasions, in the event that a delivery is unsuccessful at the specified address or if the designated pick-up date at a parcel point is missed, the order may be subject to return to our HQ at your own expense. Moreover, in the case of a second shipping attempt, the costs will also be borne by you.

 

 

PRE-ORDERS

Certain items available for purchase can be acquired through pre-order arrangements. These particular pieces are accompanied by labeling to indicate their pre-order status. Allow us to elaborate on how the pre-order process operates:

 

Step 1: Reach out to us through email, live chat, or Instagram to express your interest in purchasing the product.

Step 2: We will promptly respond within a few hours to confirm the availability.

Step 3: Once the availability has been confirmed — proceed to purchase the item through our website.

Step 4: After the purchase has been made, please anticipate the shipment of your package from 2 to 3 weeks from the date of purchase.

 

We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding the time it takes to fulfill pre-orders.

On extremely rare occasions, such orders may be subject to cancellation due to issues with product availability, in which case a complete refund will be promptly issued.

 

 

 

RETURNS

We are very very small and we do not offer return services and all sales are final unless from the eu. As we grow this policy will be revised. If the product you received is not consistent with the description, please contact us as soon as you receive it. We are happy to consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Please note that all items are pre-owned unless stated differently. Tiny holes, standard signs of wear, blemishes are not considered to apply to this policy. If you require further information or have a purchase-related concern, please contact us before completing your order. 

 

 

PRICING & PAYMENT
 
All items for sale are listed in Euros. Archive Club accepts payment via PayPal which also offers an option paying with debit and credit cards. If this option is unavailable to you, Archive Club may also accept wire transfers made through your bank.
